The original strap of the necklace is made out of leather which makes it very durable. However, there is also an option of getting the piece on a silver chain for shiny and antique silver and on an 18k gold vermeil chain for brass option.

Exchanges and refunds can be made within 30 days after the customer has received the product. Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges will be given for custom products. Exchanges can be made for resizing issues on custom orders.
