Exchanges and refunds can be made within 30 days after the customer has received the product. Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges will be given for custom products. Exchanges can be made for resizing issues on custom orders.

All pieces are made to order to be in line with our zero waste policy. It may take from 3 to 10 business days to be shipped to our customers. We are offering free shipping for the United States. International orders qualify for free shipping on orders over $500.
