This product is made out of 14k Gold. The gold we use is recycled or ethically sourced.
All metals for Seijanova, Inc. are recycled and ethically sourced. Our packaging also carries the FSC® mark.
The FSC® mark guarantees that all materials come from an FSC® forest, where no more wood is cut down than the forest can reproduce. This means better protection of the animal- and plant life, and all foresters have proper training, safety equipment, and a decent wage.

Exchanges and refunds can be made within 30 days after the customer has received the product. Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges will be given for custom products. Exchanges can be made for resizing issues on custom orders.

International orders qualify for free shipping on orders over $500.
